Michael Littleford of RE/MAX Paradigm Realty Group in Fair Haven has seen the success that results from utilizing LeadStreet. It was as simple as a client giving him a call after viewing a listing he had on his website. He, in turn, had a conversation with them and set up an appointment to show his listings to them.
“It goes to show our system really works,” says Michael. He is a believer that LeadStreet enhances business for Associates because RE/MAX has the most visited website of any brokerage brand.
“This allows agents to be more successful at RE/MAX because of leads generated by their listings through VIA, PC, PDA and cell phones,” he says. He credits the success gained as a result of LeadStreet to the resources that it offers such as training videos, tech tops and SEO resource kits.
Michael says that some of the features he has found most important were the ability to maintain a website database in excess of 1,000 clients at all times and monitor their housing activity, as well as, the ability to include E-mail drip marketing campaigns, which are set on autopilot.
