Our Help Desk Specialist, Troy Murphy, has been working with one of our participating vendors to offer a new marketing service.  Here are the details on how to connect with Quantum Mail.

TODAY’S TECH TIP:  Get Connected with Quantum Mail

Recently added to the RE/MAX of New Jersey Web Site is a direct link to Quantum Mail, where they offer marketing solutions with full-color digital printing and direct mail. You can create custom postcards, flyers, brochures, newsletters, greeting cards, bookmarks and more with their user-friendly on-line service.

The link to Quantum Mail is located in the Intranet Resource Center [IRC].  Just log into the Agents Only area of the web site and click on the Regional Resources button located on the left hand side of the screen.  Once there, scroll down to the RE/MAX NJ Participating Vendors section and click on Quantum Mail.  At this point you will be prompted to “Select the Company You are With”.  Please note that if your company has multiple offices you will then have to select the specific office that you are affiliated with.  Lastly, you will need to enter your personal contact and billing information and you will be ready to go.  It’s that simple!

If you already have an account with Quantum Mail, clicking on this link provides direct access to your Quantum Mail account without having to log in using a separate username and password.  If you do not have an account with them, you will be directed to a sign up screen where you can then register to have access to this system.  

Those of you who already have an account with Quantum Mail will find this feature convenient because it will be one less password to remember.  New registrants will be offered the opportunity to sign up with a limited-time discounted sign up rate.  Quantum Mail features include low minimum orders and free access to their mailing list databases as well as the ability for agents to upload their own mailing lists.
