Communication with Real Estate Professionals has gone paperless in the last few years. Read how RE/MAX of New Jersey and other entities communicate with you via e-mail and the internet. Today’s Tech Tip: Use the online resources available to you Obviously RE/MAX of New Jersey uses e-mail as a major communication tool. Besides this weekly tech tip, we also distribute the monthly e-Messenger newsletter by electronic mail. Reminders about upcoming events are also e-mailed to all associates. We do not use e-mail to advertise commercial products unless a special program strongly benefits all associates, and we NEVER give our associate e-mail list to vendors. Some messages are sent only to broker-owners and managers as appropriate, and we try to tailor local event messages (like ballpark nights) to appropriate county areas. Finally, we work hard to limit the total number of messages we send per week. Here's a little shortcut trick: You can always access the most recent 3 Minute Tech Tip at www.remax-nj.net/techtips . Look for the most recent issue of the monthly eMessenger at www.remax-nj.net/emessenger . Many associates are still not aware of REgionCentral, our information center for all regional services. Located at www.remax-nj.net , this is a private intranet site designed specifically for New Jersey agents and not the general public. Contained on this site is the regional calendar, breaking news and a direct link to the closest upcoming event. Instructions for registering for the RE/MAX Design Center product can be found on the front page. Drop-down menus address specific topic areas such as Technology, Marketing Tools, Training/Education and Regional Info. Need to know who does what in the regional office and how to contact them? Looking for links to graphic downloads or marketing files? Wondering who leads the pack in Commissions and Units year-to-date? You can get up to date information on all aspects of regional business at www.remax-nj.net
Of course, you can get lots of other real
estate information from independent entities who publish e-newsletters.
