There is a new feature available for all prospective clients to download from the RE/MAX of New Jersey Regional Home Page. The RE/MAX of New Jersey eCalendar & Personal Planner is a full daily, weekly, monthly and annual plan-ahead organizer that is saved to a client desktop, providing a useful reminder of our services. 

TODAY’S TECH TIP: The RE/MAX of New Jersey eCalendar; A Free gift for all

Recently our Regional Technology Associate Jayne Bear designed and implemented a new tool for drawing prospects to our regional website. The eCalendar provides beautiful images from throughout scenic New Jersey, courtesy of RE/MAX of New Jersey.  In addition, there an option to download a large file version of the vCalendar tool that includes a video clip featuring an inspirational message in broadcast quality about the Children's Miracle Network and the excellent work that they do.

The multi-user eCalendar is perpetual - it does not have to be replaced every year - and neither do your notes, reminders or repeating events, so it becomes more valuable the longer it's used. As a marketing tool, the RE/MAX eCalendar allows clients to access the regional website with a simple click of the mouse on the top title bar.  Clicking on the Contacts button of the eCalendar takes users to the “Find and Agent or Office” page.  Selecting More Info directs to a menu for the RE/MAX of New Jersey “Customer Service” Page, the RE/MAX of New Jersey “Charities” page, or the “Search for Properties” page.

The RE/MAX of New Jersey eCalendar is available absolutely free to all associates and clients. Simply go to our Regional website at www.remax-nj.com or REgionCentral at www.remax-nj.net and click on “Free eCalendar”. 

To view information regarding the purchase of a personalized version of the eCalendar for you to place on your personal website, go to http://www.dtesusa.com/REMAXIntro/. One of our RE/MAX of New Jersey agents, Daniel Bozza, has already purchased a personalized version, and included a link to his free download on his website. His wife-assistant Dolores says:

“I love this! I already sent it to every one my clients in RE/MAX and my friends. I even sent it to other agents we did business with....I linked it on the website and also put it under the community tab … This is a perfect Internet marketing tool... I have my listing clients excited because I told them when we schedule an appointment for a showing I will drop them an email reminder to enter it in their calendar.... I also am going to be sending these to clients when we first list them... and once someone is under contract it will be perfect to remind them of inspections and what not.... also  BUYERS...reminding them of what house on what date at what time!  I'm sure I will come up with more uses....”
