Today’s Tech Tip: IMPORTANT News Regarding Your Design Center Account!

Your Design Center account and login have moved! The RE/MAX Design Center is now accessible through RE/MAX Mainstreet at www.remax.net. If you are not a RE/MAX Mainstreet member (meaning you do not have a remax.net email address) you will need to register and create an account today. The RE/MAX Design Center has been enhanced for your benefit. You will now find an abundance of new pieces in the RE/MAX Library. Login to RE/MAX Mainstreet today for instant access to the Design Center.

Once you login to Mainstreet just click on the Design Center link, located in the upper left hand corner of the screen, and your in! No more user name and password for the Design Center; your Mainstreet login gives you instant access to the Design Center and all your projects.

The Design Center location has changed and Designs have been added, but everything else is still the same! Just like the Regional site, you will have access to the Imprev folder of more than 1,100 designs plus the RE/MAX branded designs from the Region. RE/MAX International has added new designs, so there will be 200 RE/MAX designs in the RE/MAX Library. The Imprev library will now be called the General Library and the RE/MAX Library has been reorganized to accommodate the new design types from RE/MAX International.

IMPORTANT CONTACT INFORMATION
Unfortunately, the transition wasn’t as smooth as expected and we are working diligently with International to fix any and all existing issues! Until then, please use the below contact information for help Design Center and/or your Mainstreet issues.

Agents with Existing Design Center Accounts: If you login to Mainstreet and don’t find your Design Center account contact the Regional Help Desk at help@remax-nj.net. We can find your account and make sure all your projects are moved to the right location. Please do not create a new account if you already have one; call us we’ll help you login to your original Design Center account and access all your projects.

For help other Design Center issues or questions contact the Regional Support staff at help@remax-nj.net or 888 - 54-REMAX.

For help with your Mainstreet account or login contact RE/MAX International at ecare@remax.net. Remember your Mainstreet user name is your @remax.net email address and a password. If you can’t remember your password go to the login page at www.remax.net, enter your user name and click on the link “I’ve forgotten my Password”.

To create a Mainstreet account, again go to the login page and click on the link “I don’t have a Username”. Then follow the instructions to create your account; you will need your Agent Associate ID #.

Remember: The RE/MAX Design Center is FREE for all RE/MAX and available 24 hours a day.
