Three Minute Tech Tip - Design Center Enhancement and Extras

Imprev, the industry leader in on-demand, personalized marketing material, and RE/MAX International launched EZ-Mail and ROI Pro this week. EZ-Mail and ROI Pro, a suite of contact management products, designed to allow RE/MAX Associates to email Design Center print and multimedia projects to as many as 1,000 contacts - all within minutes.

EZ-Mail, EZ-Mail Pro and ROI Pro are available through the Design Center and Imprev is providing several levels of service. Choose the one the best fits your needs and goals.

The first, EZ-Mail is a free service that allows you to quickly email your Design Center project to yourself. EZ-Mail is available after you create your project, in the project overview screen. Click on the email button and select the EZ-Mail Option, then click on Next and follow the on screen instructions and your project will be emailed to your account. Then use your email provider to forward your project to your contacts. Hint: Before forwarding the email to your contacts, edit the subject line and remove “FW” to help ensure the email is read.

The next option, ROI Pro bundle is perfect for Agents and Brokers looking for a more robust, comprehensive solution. The ROI Pro bundle is an email campaign service, tracking tool and contact management system that includes EZ-Mail Pro and ROI Pro. This option is available to all RE/MAX Associates at the rate of $199 per year, but Imprev is offering an introductory rate of $99 for the first 100 users!

EZ-Mail Pro allows you to quickly send an unlimited number of Design Center projects to as many as 50 recipients, without the use of an email provider. EZ-Mail Pro is available as part of the ROI Pro Bundle, only.

ROI PRO allows you to schedule and send an unlimited number of Design Center projects to up to 1,000 contacts in your Design Center Address Book. You can send the mailing to individual contacts or to groups in your Address Book. You can send an email with a virtual tour of a new listing to a neighborhood group, for example, or send an ecard announcing an opening to a separate list of peer contacts. Emails can be sent immediately upon creation or scheduled and sent out at a future date and ROI Pro keeps track of what materials have been sent out to each individual in your Address Book. ROI Pro includes tracking statistics to help you determine the success of your email project.

ROI Pro Address Book
is the ideal way for agents to organize and keep mail and email contacts up-to-date. Agents can enter up to 1,000 names with full contact information and organize them into one or more designated groups. The Address Book is included with ROI Pro.

The ROI Pro can be purchased from the Design Center home page or from any project overview screen and is available as the ROI Pro Bundle for $199.00 per.
